In most cases, consulting services are billed by the hour, in half hour increments (1 hour minimum for on-site visits). Billing by project is also available.
I accept cash, checks and credit cards (via PayPal, no PayPal acct required). Purchase orders can be used for pre-approved businesses and schools with net-30 terms.
